The SOU Small Business Development Center (SBDC) provides in-depth, one-on-one guidance to businesses and prospective entrepreneurs at no fee. The SBDC business advisors have expertise in a broad spectrum of business issues.

The U. S. Small Business Administration

The U. S. Small Business Administration, established in 1953, provides financial, technical, and management assistance to help Americans start, run, and grow their businesses.

SBA Office of Women's Business Ownership

The Office of Women's Business Ownership (OWBO) assists women achieve their dreams and improve their communities by helping them start and run successful businesses, regardless of social or financial disadvantage, race, ethnicity or business background.

Oregon Online is the table of contents and index to all the state's websites and services.

Oregon Minority/Women Business Enterprise (MBE/WBE) Certification

Oregon Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women Business Enterprise (WBE) certifications are for minority-owned and women-owned businesses seeking opportunities for state, county, and city government, and special jurisdiction (e.g. hospitals and universities) contracts. M/WBE are based on the individual rather than the size of the business.

Medford/Jackson County Chamber of Commerce
