Navigating the Existential: Self-Care and Restoration Strategies for Uncertain Times
with Brie Valletto, M.Ed, LCPC, NCC
Brie is offering the community resources to start discussing the hard things — to create connection rather than isolation in a time when life shouldn't feel any harder than it already is.
This webinar will identify the impact that overwhelm has on us and empower individuals to prioritize their wellbeing in the midst of these uncertain times we're all living in. It will also equip individuals with actionable tools for self-care and restoration.
Brie hopes to help the community turn their existential dread into an existential awakening!
About Brie Valletto! MEd, LCPC, NCC.
"I’ve spent most of my life grappling with existential dread, so I get how overwhelming it can feel. Now, I’m all about helping others turn that heavy feeling into something more freeing — an awakening. I help people dig into all the big obstacles we face in life: personal struggles, purpose, identity, health, relationships, consciousness, legacy, freedom, and everything in between. With my background in clinical and existential work I’m here to help people bridge the gap between what they want out of life with the mental health struggles they've been made to believe are standing in their way."
