From Hustle to Harmony,
Prioritizing Health as a Woman Entrepreneur
With Dr. Mona McArdle
For some, February is the month of romance, roses and a reminder everywhere you go! However, Cupid’s month should also be dedicated to self-love and self-care.
Did you know that 29% of female entrepreneurs say they struggle to maintain work-life balance?
For female business owners, the self-care struggle is real! We often encounter challenges of work-life balance managing our businesses, family obligations, and personal needs. This work-life balancing act can make it difficult for us to focus on our health, leaving little room for self-care and wellness.
Join us this ‘heart’ month as Dr. Mona McArdle offers practical tips and strategies to help us prioritize self-care, not only for our personal well-being, but also for optimal productivity in our business.
You’ll learn:
- That self-care is a business strategy; eating well, sleeping enough, exercising regularly, is critical.
- How health and wellness affect our productivity and performance, sanity, and longevity.
- How physical activity reduces risk of chronic diseases, such as dementia.
- Actionable steps towards better health to achieve business goals and a richer personal life.
The best gift this February is to invest in your greatest asset – yourself – so that you can thrive as a healthy and happy female entrepreneur.
