Summer Strategy for Entrepreneurs

Summer can bring major shifts for entrepreneurs like changing schedules, vacations, slower seasons, and disrupted routines. In this month’s Success Circle, we’ll discuss how to navigate summer intentionally instead of simply reacting to it. Together, we’ll explore ways to maintain momentum, prepare for slower periods, stay connected with customers, and create realistic business goals during busy summer months. Participants will leave with fresh ideas, encouragement, and one practical strategy to help their business thrive this summer.
