Covering Your A$$ets: Protecting Your Goodwill and Preventing Trademark Theft

Speaker: Leah Halpert

Business names, logos, content, Oh My! Join us for this very informative and interactive session where we will dive into the possible risks to your business and ways you can protect your most valuable assets without the stress of hiring a super power lawyer or trying to figure it out yourself.

Leah will be giving away a "free knockout clearance search", at a value of $200, to one person in attendance!

Leah Halpert, Halpert Trademark Law

Leah Halpert is the founder of Halpert Trademark Law. She is an accomplished attorney with over a decade of experience in all aspects of trademark law and brand protection, including trademark application and registration, maintenance, brand strategy development, and brand enforcement. Leah believes that all businesses, no matter their size, deserve proper protection of their good names, as encompassed by their trademarks, and enjoys helping small businesses ensure that the blood, sweat, and tears put into building the business is protected. In her off-time, Leah is a full-time mom to her 8 and 4-year-old daughters, driving them to and from various activities and helping them realize the goddesses that they are.
