You own a business, but who taught you how to be an effective manager, or even what that means? And where do you find powerfully effective tools? If any of these sound familiar:

    • I don’t know how to motivate or inspire my people.

    • I can’t get my employees to do what I tell them to do.

    • I can’t find good people to hire.

    • None of my employees care the way I do.

Perhaps you need a new perspective on management and some new tools! The management workshop is not a lecture; it’s a ‘roll up your sleeves ‘laboratory’ for you to go to work on your business and get the personal help you need.

Facilitated by Mary Rydman, EMyth Certified Business Coach

Hey, read about the Food Project (donating food to local food banks, senior centers, Meal on Wheels, etc.) and how Sandy Abell (WESO member) is involved. You'll learn a lot about the project, its goals, and how to participate. And there's a photo and lots of quotes from Sandy. Yay - good job, Sandy!
